ABOUT THE ROLE

Jumo Health is a patient experience organization that utilizes behavioral insights, health literacy and creativity to give people the clarity and confidence to make informed health choices. We are looking for a Data Analytics and Insights Manager to design and deliver advanced reporting dashboards that transform complex data into clear, actionable reports and visualizations. This role is central to how we measure and communicate product performance, blending operational metrics with end user analytics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Required:

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in third-party reporting tools that visualize key metrics.
  • Integrate data from multiple systems and vendors to create unified, reliable reporting environments.
  • Build and optimize data models, measures, and scoring calculations.
  • Collaborate with third party vendors and technology partners to translate data into interpretable, compliant visualizations for operational use.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, scoring frameworks, and thresholds for success across studies and geographies.
  • Ensure data governance, PHI protection, and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11 while maintaining alignment with company SOPs and audit requirements.
  • Create automated data pipelines for recurring reports and dashboards; maintain version control and documentation for all visual assets.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear analytical requirements and develop visual stories that communicate patient experience and site performance.

Candidate Experience & Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience developing data visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent tools, ideally within clinical research or healthcare analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, DAX, and data modeling for multi-system integration.
  • Experience with AI/ML-based metrics (engagement scoring, sentiment analysis, dropout risk) and integrating outputs into visual dashboards.
  • Familiarity with clinical trial data standards and systems (CTMS, EDC, EMR, CRM, recruitment platforms).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices for handling PHI.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to turn complex data into clear narratives for
    non-technical audiences.

Preferred

  • Patient recruitment experience and knowledge of funnel metrics.
