reflects original solution intent. - Support Sales and SE&C teams by injecting insights into messaging, positioning, and
storytelling.
Internal Team Collaboration
- Participate in cross-functional kickoff and hand-off meetings to align internal teams on goals, audiences, and program strategy.
- Provide real-time input during program execution to ensure that strategy is operationalized and maintained throughout the lifecycle.
- Offer consultative support across Delivery, Creative, and Content teams—ensuring continuity and consistency of vision.
Market & Patient Insight Integration
- Monitor therapeutic pipeline trends, patient behaviors, and decision-making dynamics to inform proposal strategy and client discussions.
- Apply principles of health literacy, behavioral science, and patient journey mapping to solution architecture.
- Regularly synthesize competitive and market intelligence into usable recommendations for the commercial team.
