The Jumo Health team went on a cross-country adventure to Northern California, where we met up with Cathy. As a young teenager, Cathy was diagnosed with Glanzmann’s thrombasthenia, a rare bleeding disorder. As the case often is with rare diseases, her path to a correct diagnosis was not straightforward. In this episode, Cathy shares what it was like growing up with a rare bleeding disorder, the impact it has had on her life, and the importance of advocating for herself and other women with bleeding disorders.  We are excited to share Cathy’s inspirational story with you all.
